What we desired for our family didn't exist. So we built it.
"The family dynamic felt fragmented and unmanageable. We knew there had to be a better way."
We looked around and saw so many parents trying to juggle their careers with their children, their health, their nutrition, nannies, sports — feeling inadequate and fragmented in every area, and completely burned out.
What we wanted for our family didn't exist. And we thought: wouldn't it be incredible if all of it lived under one roof? Where we get our food. The way we train. The way we learn. The way we work. Brought back into balance, harmony and unity — instead of driving somewhere different for every different thing, all of it together in one place.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more: a place where education, health, work and family life stop competing with each other and start working together. Valor Hollow is an alternative way of educating and raising children in today's modern world.
We also learned quickly that we couldn't be excellent at all of it. So we stopped trying. Instead of hiring staff to deliver someone else's version of the work, we're filling the Hollow with independent people who are genuinely great at one thing — and who do it the way we'd do it ourselves. That's what Valor Hollow has become: not a facility with departments, but a village of craftspeople who share a community.
